Q. How much does it cost to renew my driver’s license?

Q. I am recently divorced or married. Can I change my name on my driver’s license with you?

Unfortunately, this is not a service we can provide.

Q. I recently moved to Louisiana. Can I get my Louisiana driver’s license at Auto Title of LA?

Unfortunately, you must visit your local DMV for your first issuance. We can help you with renewals, changes of address, and duplicates. For a list of DMV Locations, click here.

Q. I have a CDL (Commercial Driver’s License). Can ABC Title help me?

Not currently. But we are hopeful that this service will be extended to Public Tag Agencies in the near future.

Q. Does Auto Title of Louisiana charge any more than the DMV for driver’s license services?

We charge an $18.00 convenience fee more than the DMV because we don’t require you to wait in long lines to get your service completed.

Q. Can you use my old driver’s license photo?

The state of Louisiana requires you to take a new photo with every renewal, change, or duplicate.

Q. How soon before my driver’s license expires can I have it renewed?

Six months or 180 days before the expiration date.

Q. How many years is my renewal valid?

Your Louisiana driver’s license is valid for 6 years.
